This year's Spring P.I.C.Y.A. LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE will be hosted by the Richmond Yacht Club flag officers, their boards, committee members, P.I.C.YA. delegates and any other interested members or future leaders should plan on attending this valuable day. The cost of the all day seminar is only $25.00 which includes all handout materials and also a continental breakfast and lunch.
